I absolutely loved the beautiful and cozy atmosphere at the hotel. The decorations were charming and made me feel right at home. The general areas were very well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with easy access to elevators and ramps throughout the property, making it very convenient for us to navigate around.

I would have appreciated a more attentive staff to cater to the needs of senior guests.

The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with quick access to a pool and a well-maintained garden in front of the terrace. The staff, especially José, was very attentive to my needs and addressed any concerns I had right away.
